I pay $50 for 2 hours fortnightly. I too feel it's money well spent when it allows me to be with my children rather than being stuck in a bathroom scrubbing. Chances are it'd take way longer than it needed to because i got called away from what i was doing multiple times.
My cleaner brings everything but uses my vaccum cleaner. Everything she uses is chemical free.
She cleans 2 bathrooms/toilets, dusting and vaccuming. We have a 3 bedroom house and two large living areas.
We pay $60 a fortnight, used to be $74 through agency but after about 8 months she suggested I cancel her from agency and she would do it minus the agency fee and take as long as she needed as she knew it was generally 2 hrs sometimes a biut more sometimes a bit less but with agency she had to charge extra if here longer BUT had to charge the $74 even of finished earlier as that was min booking thru agency and they expected there $14 from her!!
We have had her for over 3 years now. Best money spent! Somethings annoy me as not done as good as I woudl like BUT a god send to get floors and bathrooms done without kids slipping on wet floor or trying to get hand in bucket!
