I googled this as I had the same issue with one of my shirts. It was recommended to spray diluted vinegar on the shirt, leave for 10 mins or so then put it in a regular wash. It truly worked! I now do it as often as possible. I have a spray bottle in the laundry with diluted vinegar in it and I just give mine, DH & DS1's clothes a spray before putting them in to wash.

so I decided to do what I read on BB and made a paste of what I THOUGHT was correct and cover the under arm areas of my bras then put them in the wash... it was on the way to the washing machine I realised that it wasn't cornflour I was meant to make the paste with but baking soda.... Ooopppps
