personally i don't put anything in my ds lunchbox that lives in the fridge - even on icy cold days and with an ice block thingy - but then again ds doesn't get lunch till 1.30pm so between 8am (when i make it) and lunchtime is a long time, gees the poor kid doesn't even get ham sandwiches pmsl. i do know alot of kids tho have yoghurts and such in their lunchbox but personally i just can't do it.

i will try and think of some ideas for you
