Oh so true,

Life is too short to clean! When I stopped work I thought I should become super house wife and keep the house immaculate but then realised I was missing out on reading stories, playing games, cuddling, lying on the floor, napping, reading the paper just to do housework that no one even noticed.

Bring on the dust!
