My DH took the boys away for the long weekend last weekend so I got stuck into the house without all the distractions, it was awesome and I got everything done in 3 solid days of work . I just worked on one room at a time, I made sure I did each room properly before moving on to the next one. It isn't as overwhelming if you work on one area at a time.
Holly Molly LJ you are so inspiring!!! You go girl
Well I'll keep you company over the weekend and we can check in with eachother as to the progress
My list to complete Fri-Mon...
1) Clean windows outside house and a few indoors ones (luckily the are not tooooo dirty)
2) Tidy kitchen cupboards
3) Clean out car
4) Washing and ironing
5) Tidy bubs room
6) vacuum and mop floors
That should be enough for one weekend heck it's already 10 x more than I usually do lol If you are still on your mission next weekend I will make anothe rlist
How did you go today hon? I'm mega impressed with myself and can't believe I was up and at it from 7am - 4:30. I kinda think I may have over done it physically but heck once it's done than it's done and I can relax!

I'm tackling our place too. I have a list and I give myself one task to do on the days when I'm not busy with other things. Today I did my pantry and I have to admit I've looked in it a billion times this afternoon because it looks so neat and tidy lol!
cherished1 - Today I haven't done anything, but that's because I went to visit a friend at hospital after she had a her bub on Wednesday. Plus, I worked last night and didn't feel up to doing anything this morning.
I'm JUST finishing eating and will be going through a box and trolley tonight before going to bed.
Queen, thanks, I'll definitely have to look into it!
Well done hun!! Very organised indeed.
I look forward to seeing your progress. I dont have any energy lately either, I have 2 full clothes baskets plus another load on the line of clean clothes to fold & pack away, a sink full of dirty dishes & a messy house in general atm. Oh & I've been meaning to clean my car for AGES too!!
Good luck, hopefully when I see how much you're getting done then I'll jump on board & get stuck into mine too
Thankyou ladies for the support It's just what I needed.
This morning, I had a horrible, horrible headache so I didn't do anything - We spent the day with friends so I didn't do anything. I have work tomorrow, but I will be definitely going through a couple of crates
Marydean, thankyou That's just given me the motivation to do todays work I have had barely any sleep because I finished work at 230am but didn't get home til 330am, and sleep till 4am and awake to DS at 720am - have had a small 1 hour nap, but was still feeling tired. My motivation has just hit
Leesa, I'm going to take a few photos and post them in photobucket. I'm taking a photo of the bedroom 'before' and posting it in photobucket (cause I'm sure DH won't appreciate the whole world seeing unless I give them the link!) in about half an hour, because it's back to how it was before I did whatever on Wednesday - I will be sharing those photos here only
Update
Well, I haven't done anything here since Wednesday, but that's because Thursday I worked, Friday I had no energy and was feeling VERY sick so I didn't do anything, Saturday was our family day out and Sunday I worked.
So, after reading my updates (and order my lunch ), I'm off to do some more cleaning. I will come back and post what I did and post the links to the photos too
