    I put them in the bag in the wash area, but I only put two or three and then use vinegar in the rinse.

    lol well after I posted I thought "gee I hope I'm right, I might go google a bit"...

    After googling a little bit multiple sites recommended sitting the bag in the cutlery holder so YAYYYY haha

    Now you've made me want some though, where's the best place to buy some beautiful?

    i finally got round to getting a trial pack, i got them from Eco Bambino

    $5.50 including delivery for a little bag full of nuts

    so far I have done one load of washing (very happy!) and lets see how this dishwash comes out!!

    I'm guilty of hardly ever using anything in my dishwasher. I find the hot wash cleans just as good as any powder or tablet.

    Interested in trying the soap nuts for my laundry though - off to buy some now.

    I saw that you can also purchase soap nut powder.Would this work well in a dish washer? Has any one tried the powder?

    I'm also interested in how well this worked... I hate using those dishwasher balls, I can just SEE the chemicals sitting on the dishes waiting to poison us (i am a little bit of a chemical phobe I know PMSL!).
