If money isn't an issue, steam mop or Enjo. I use Enjo and because you use it damp rather than wet it doesn't streak.

We have high gloss polished porcelain floor tiles(biggest mistake ever)! Tried everything except the enjo mop head. Steam mop was a total waste of money. The only thing that works on our floor is mop with boiling hot water and immediately dry with a towel.....Love my Cinderella moments!
