Tell me about your dishwasher!

We had miele dishwashers at my old work and they were awesome, but the price tag is pretty awesome too.

If I had an unlimited budget I'd go miele, asko or Bosch.

Unfortunately few do, I think the dishlex sounds good and they have been around for a long time. I remember the dishhhhhhhhhhh-lex ads from when i was a kid.

we have an asko, it was already here but its been good, it must be getting on in age, we've only had it repaired once so thats great

we have a miele, and TBH im not that happy with it. It does a great job sometimes but often will still have food on some of the items. What I do love is that we have a cultry draw rather than a basket!

also you would never see our dishwasher as it is fully intergrated! Love the look!

OP I'm glad you've got a dishwasher hun!

I'm a bit jealous cause mine is utter crapola to the point that I often wash up just to avoid dealing with it.

Can you come back and post how you find the dishlex?

I have a 14 and (nearly) 16 year old model...they are very glitchy and make a lot of noise which despite promises of reward or at worst threats said noise does not alter at all and in some instances gets worse.
Sometimes the dishes come out in similar condition they went in...but a firm word and rewash usually completes the job (the 14yr old model is particularly bad for this)
They are not models I would recommend...but I am not in a hurry to get rid of them yet either.

Sorry I can't help more...a dishwasher is something in my fantasies
