I went to get some rice out of a Tupperware container nad there were weevils in it! I'm assuming there was larvae in the rice when it was put in the container and thats how they've gotten in.

Now, obviously throwing everything with the weevils in it out, but is there anything else that will keep them away? Is it going to be a matter of somehow cleaning the rice before its stored in the Tupperware container? We buy it in bulk (15kg bag) so it gets tipped into a big TW container (which I THOUGHT would keep them out) but it hasn't so what to do now...

Any ideas?
