I have found out that it is up to each individual clinic to decide if they are going to import sperm or not. I have found out there is no new law regarding this. So long as the imported sperm complies with NSW law then thats fine. We are allowed to use sperm that are willing to be on a known donor register.
My partner and I also need to use donor sperm to have children, and we're considering using sperm from overseas as there is such a shortage of donors here in Australia.
Id love to know how everything went? We're in queensland and I have no idea how to organise it all?
