Thanks Shades for that, there is also minimum time of membership required before PMs become activated.

that is a bugger lissie .. i just went thru all the FAQ and it seems i just don't have the option yet, i checked and haven't disabled receiving emails so it shouldn't be that. i think you're right Shades.
