I hope you don't have to wait too long! My hubby has azoospermia. We had a microtese and not a single sperm was found. We are about to go for our FET with donor sperm after a failed fresh cycle.

I have found it be an emotional roller coaster but it's definitely worth it. I always try not to get my hopes up but I can't help it! That just makes the bad news even harder. But still, you can't lose hope.
