Open a non paying buyer dispute, then close it after 3 days and you will get some of your fee's back, if you relist then you will get your insertion fees back too.

Yep open a dispute. If he doesn't have the money he shouldn't have bid on it!

we are really ****ed off that he has done this.
i just got a reply back from the buyer regarding me opening up the non paying buyer dispute. He just said "As per my phone call to you late last week, the sale of my vehicle has fallen through which means I can't proceed with the purchase of your vehicle. Sorry for the inconvenience."
have i done this right?
