How much did you pay for it? Do you want a refund?
I have made a complaint recently due to the quality of something that I purchased and they gave me a partial refund of 40% of the price because I still wanted to keep the product. Unfortunately if you want to return it you have to wear the postage costs (a downside of purchasing online) If you paid by paypal you have more chance of getting your money back through a dispute as well - they have a policy called buyer protection.
