How much did you pay for it? Do you want a refund?
I have made a complaint recently due to the quality of something that I purchased and they gave me a partial refund of 40% of the price because I still wanted to keep the product. Unfortunately if you want to return it you have to wear the postage costs (a downside of purchasing online) If you paid by paypal you have more chance of getting your money back through a dispute as well - they have a policy called buyer protection. HTH Good luck

Yeah.. if its that bad, I would.
They should have said the toys were damged, but didnt.. So the item is not as described. Therefore they should give you a complete refund.. Including postage.
Second hand means used, they need to say if there are defects with the product, that is part of the description! If they withheld that information, then they are not following ebay rules and you should get a refund. If they want them back then make sure they give you enough money to send it back, you should not need to pay a cent.
