Hi I have been selling on ebay for a while now and in 300 transactions have never had a problem.
I posted a bundle to a buyer and they are claiming that they havent received it and have lodged a paypal dispute against me and paypal have taken my money about $50 approx.

I only have the receipt showing I posted 3kg parcel post satchel, no other proof.

If the package doesnt turn up, which looks like what is going to happen, what happens next, will paypal give the money back to the buyer and I lose it and the products??

Any help would be appreciated, I have never had to deal with this before. I was getting very stressed and upset because the buyer was quite nasty and accusing me of being dodgy.
