If she wont sell it with the broken parts, then shes just changed her mind or sole it elsewhere.
Not sure if you can make a complaint?

Very similar thing happened to me just now - I bid on a gliding chair this morning, logged on to raise my bid, and saw that the seller was cancelling all the bids because she saw two tiny stains on the cushion today I would have won the auction too! I checked the bid history, and I had the highest bid

While I think its a bit rude to have ignored your request to proceed despite knowing this, it is increasingly hard as a seller on ebay. Since they lost the right to Neg, Buyers - and rightfully so I should say - are expecting exactly what they bid on and are no longer afraid to tell it like it is.

So yeah, especially with Tenibears, she had no way of knowing if when you got it and saw those two tiny stains that you wouldn't neg her for not mentioning it in the auction.

Granted in some cases they could be using this as an excuse to not sell it because they are not getting what they want for it, but I prefer to give people the benefit of the doubt, simply because either way, they are not sending it so there is no point stressing about it.
