    On the subject of Ebay...

We recently won an auction and contacted the seller on getting their account details for payment. We were told we would get their details once we paid .... so DH contacted her again saying that as she said we could put a payment into her account, we would love to do that but we need the account to be able too. Once again we were told that we would be told the account once the money was received.

Any idea on how to break this communication barrier??

Maybe ask how can you pay if she won't give you the details?

Are you sure the account details arent there somewhere?? That just sounds very weird. There should be an icon there somewhere with "Contact Seller" on it which will send an email to them with your message. If the account details definitely arent there, the only other option I can think of is to leave it and wait for them to contact you asking for payment then you can reply to that message.

LMAO Christy !! I would say to her, in order for you to get your money we need to know your BSB, Account Number and Account Name, or please provide a postal address so money can be sent via other means ie money order, or ask if she has a paypal address.

She might think it was automatically displayed and your just missing it somehow

    love

Talk about going around in circles Christy. I have no idea how you would go about sorting it out - maybe the ebay forums?

LOL its funny because when I got home from work today I pushed DH aside & said, you must be missing it, its probably right there in front of your face. Nope... LOL I'll check again now, just to be sure we both weren't being totally blind.

ETA: just got a msg from the seller!! Opps forgot account....

PMSL - you'd think she'd realise it from your first message to her.

Funny you mention this though, as I've had some problems having my account details show for buyers in check-out and when I've purchased some stuff, other buyers are having this area malfunction in their ebay. I've checked on forums and re-checked my account details numerous times & used to show up without any hitches in the past, but I think this is a current problem with ebay at the moment.

PMSL... oh and Christy I would've done the same thing... pushed DH aside and told him he must be blind...hahahaha.... oh how I hate having the back peddle out of things like that though.
