Ok I've had another look and there is no way anyone could claim that they
"didn't know there was supposed to be another part. "
as there is nowhere to sit at the top when ready for a slide. I am on the verge of leaving negative feedback.
I guess I am torn - should I just leave the negative feedback? She has my home number so I guess I am a bit worried she'll start leaving nasty messages as well if I do this...
You would definitely know if that part was missing, I have the same set and know exactly what you are talking about.
It's up to you if you leave neg or neutral. If you feel misled and lied to then leave neg, if you're undecided, leave neutral. Even neutral feedback will affect their score so it will make an impact.
I doubt the seller would call you to harass you, they would most likely be embarrassed and know they are in the wrong.
Ok I went to leave neg feedback and chickened out at the last second when I read that it cannot be removed or edited. I sent the below email (complete with spelling error..)to her to give her one more chance to make amends or at least apologise. I am being too soft, aren't I?
This playgym is unsafe for use as the missing piece not only is necessary to use the slide but also stabilises the unit. There was no mention in the ad that it was not complete.
I am not happy with this tranaction....
If I don't get another reply in the next 2 days I'll leave a neg
