Buying DD her first ever reader...

Yes, it is yellow Olive. I only bought the first four through Fishpond to see how we would go and as she moves through them I will keep buying a few at a time.

I used to *love* the Topsy and Tim books, and my sister liked the Monster books (that big purple dude) and the Berenstein Bears (sp?) series

the Richard Scary ones are always great too.

i want her to be able to keep the book and know it was her first reading book

it actually arrived today and she read two lines of the fat cat one all by herself
