hun, i would def look into it abit more.. no idea who u call over there but also let the childcare centre know your taking it further legallly and i bet the owners will then pull their fingers out..

If you google consumer protection wa you'll come across the Department of Commerce. They act on behalf of consumers with traders disputes. Good luck!
