Moo labels have a special on at the moment. Might be worth checking it out.
Great thread! One thing I find annoying is that you go so many stickers in ONE name and I need 2, wish there were places you could buy a bulk pack but with 2 names and patterns.
ETA: SURNAME only! Great idea! Might have to look at doing that. I haven't found any iron on that I am happy with so I think I will have to stick to a Sharpie on the label. Label kingdom have been great for us (vinyl) and they have free shipping.

There is, it's something like a sibling pack. I just can't remember where I saw it.
I got my bright star kids labels yesterday and TBH, I can't even tell the difference between them and the Stuck on you ones in terms of quality.
I am going to order just some plain old surname ones in black and white from cashs, the sew on ones.
I've ordered labels from Mooo before too. Their delivery time was atrocious - well over 4 weeks to arrive (this was in Oct last year) and I had to contact them 3 times to enquire about my order. The 1st time they told me the order hadn't come across from their website, the 2nd time they said they had been posted (they never arrived) the 3rd time they said aus post have misplaced them & they would re-send it. Just getting someone on the phone was a mission too, they only phoned me back after i emailed them telling them i was going to leave negative feedback on their facebook page, they weren't apologetic at all, & said none of the delays were their fault...really shoddy customer service IMO. I was so angry, & will never buy or recommend them again.

Still trying to find a sibling pack. If I can't I will just put Little "Surname" on them and they can share I guess! Anyone seen the sibling pack/2 names anywhere???
Oz labels have a twins pack
Thanks hun!! Off to check them out!![]()
Tan have you considered a Brother labeller with iron-on fabric tape? That's what I have just bought.
The labeller was about $30 from Officeworks and the tape was umm maybe $15. For 8m I think.
Make whatever labels you want!
Ooh OP! Can you do sticky ones as well or just iron on stuff?/
ETA: ooh just had a look - BARGAIN! SO getting one, especially as once they start school it will cost millions in labels!thanks hun!! The manual ones made me laugh too - my sister had one years ago, those embossed ones and we thought it was amazing technology

Ocean Princess, i just googled for that, found
Description: Brother PT-1010PINK Label Maker. - Hand Held Electronic Labeller, 6mm to 12mm TZ Tape, Separate numeric keypad, 2 line printing, Includes 5m starter tape, Optional AC adaptor, Can use Iron on Fabric tapes Product Code: 105424
is that what you got? it's $10 more than what you paid (plus postage). I'm wondering where you got yours from. Am hoping it's somewhere generic like Officeworks ha ha. (no postage for me).
Big W and Coles both had them on special in the back to school section last week.
Gigi I got a similar one from officeworks dymo brand labeller about $30ish from memory - I know I've got refills from big w as well as office works. Iron on, plastic and paper labels (I wouldn't bother with the paper ones but they came with the labeller when I bought it).

Yeah, my first thought was "officeworks" (Leckert). WOudln't ahve thought to look at big w and coles, thanks Onyx.
i have a limited supply left of fabric nametapes (that we got as a gift back when bilby was starting at childcare), so this idea will be a good to use, when they run out.
Sorry Gigi yep it was officeworks!
I'm pretty sure it is was PT1010 that I got, but silver not pink. Officeworks has it online for $25.24. The fabric tape was the same price, so a little more expensive than I thought sorry!
And yes Tan it can do sticky ones![]()
