Teaching a child to use the phone

my ds is 3 and a half and is very excited about the phone he wants to talk to anyone and everyone...

He answers the house phone and says hello when picking it up, and when they realise its him they ask for whom ever they want and he calls out to me or daddy or nanny or uncle dan or who ever the caller wants..

I let him learn himself as did my other 2, he also answers my husbands iphone too lol im telling you he loves communication..

although sometimes he gets abit excited and can hang up first without saying goodbye and saying it once his closed the phone he knows how to use the phone better than my dad lol..

Maybe ask her to call her friends and arrange some outings which when the day comes to arrive she may want to use the phone more and ask her to get the phone as too you having your hands full
