So anxious and scared

Ive been referred to the local hospital for a D&C 4 months post partum but I'm really scared and can't get an app with my psychologist before because she is booked out
Last time I went under general my lungs paralyzed before I went to sleep and I suffocated until I fell asleep and I vomited for 2 weeks after
I couldn't get a blood test last week because I almost had a panick attack and felt like passing out
I also don't like the loss of control being unconscious idea

Any ideas how to stay sane while I'm waiting for my op

Have you spoke to the doctor doing the surgery about your concerns? They can probably give you something to calm you prior.
Hang in there, generally if the know about these things prior they can do things differently.

They don't usually give you a general for D&Cs. It's a twilight sedative that is much lighter.
