What are your regrets?

I think that to have no regrets is to have no conscience. We all hurt people sometimes and only sociopaths don't feel bad about it. There' no point in dwelling on them but by the same token there is no wisdom to be gained by ignoring them.

I agree.

For the most part i am very happy with how my life has turned out. There are some friendships i wish i never had but without them i wouldn't be who i am now and i wouldn't know what i do now.

But if i died tomorrow my biggest regret would be that i never tracked my father down and told him how much i hate him and wished he wasn't my father.

I regret not traveling more before settling down. Now we will have to wait until the kids are older before doing any big trips again.
