Advice about bringing on AF

Thanks hunny. I have to try all these things out.

We certainly won't be TTC anytime soon. The twins keep be busy enough as it is right now so wouldn't be looking at falling pregnant soon (unless it was some kind of miracle) but that is not to rule out not having anymore kids. I would like to have more, I just don't know when. I do get clucky when I see pregnant women or little babies but my little munchkins keep me plenty busy and give me all the love I need right now So I don't really know what to do about the pill now

the pill can mess with things long term so i'd be avoiding it like the plague - as helpful as regular AF is, i don't think it's worth the hormonal imbalance
