Sorry to hear about your troubles.

I have Endo & PCOS. Also have a history of cysts on my overies. I had a couple of Lap's before we ended up at IVF then they did a scan there before they started treatment and found more so had to go and have that cleaned out before they would start treatment. They said that it would be pointless going ahead if everything wasnt perfect.

We were told that we couldnt conceive naturally and thus IVF. We ended up having twins on IVF/ICSI.

But, had the biggest shock every a couple of months ago when we found out that I am pregnant. So it is possible.
