    Endo ladies, anyone experience this?

I have a tender tummy - slightly tender all the time, it is sensitive to press on around my belly button area and lower, but especially tender during af. The other day I was lying on my back on the floor and my very small dog stepped onto my tummy and it was enough to take my breath away (during af) and also when lying in bed or flat and I cough or sneeze, I have to sort of hold my tummy muscles or else it really hurts. I also have 2 days each month where my tummy feels soooo sore and bloated - though I don't think it is any bigger than normal. Sometimes I find it painful to stand fully straight.

I had a lap and extensive endo removal in 2009 and my pain has been pretty good since then. I am assuming is just endo related....?

Do you know if you had any adhesions in that area or not? Sometimes you can get tender spots where the scar tissue/adhesions have been. I know I have a tender spot right above my left hip and I know I had problems in that area.

Gynae didn't say anything about adhesions. There was extensive endo removed throughout abdo, on bladder and areas around bowel. I also have an area on my diaphragm which he said was pretty rare but couldn't remove without moving instruments, etc and time (already under for 90 mins) so it is still there. I am guessing it is probably scar tissue or possibly freshly formed adhesions from the surgery.

It might be worth another visit back to your Gyno and see what he thinks if you are getting overly worried about it. My pain levels vary from month to month now - for the last few cycles it's been manageable, but this week I had to take Digesics a few times to manage the pain. Even though the pain isn't too bad, I know I have problems going on again because of bowel issues - that's always been a symptom for me and the last time I consulted about it, I wasn't even getting much pain during af, but the lap was done based on the bowel issues. So considering it was back in 2009 its been enough time for things to build up again kwim?

I have endo and had surgery late 2009 to remove it. I also experience the belly button pain which is worse when AF is here. I'm sure mine is related to adhesions as I know I did have alot of adhesions. It is not my belly button itself more inside underneath it if that makes sense. The left iliac fossa pain is also nasty. Even now (CD10) I can push my tummy and feel a pinching tender spot under my belly button. I dont feel bloated but only when I eat to many carbs
