Endo + PCOS + tubal damage

Hi

Looking for gals who have had fertility success after being diagnosed with both endo and PCOS, as I was after a lap a few months ago. Some tubal damage/scarring too (I really did hit the jackpot ) Or really just any accounts of what it's like TTC with these things.

I can't say I've had success yet but that's because I'm only in the middle of my first IVF cycle. I have severe endo (had a lap about 6 weeks ago) which included some adhesions to my tubes, not sure if they're blocked or not, and mild-to-moderate PCOS. I haven't tried naturally for a while since I'm single ATM, but in my early twenties, I spent quite a bit of time trying. (am 28 now).
