i was early 20 when diagnosed. I had regular periods. Only found out something was up as I fell off a chair which in turn twisted a large cyst I didn't know I had. Had a lapraoscopy and was told I would probably never have children, it was so bad. They actually wanted to give me a full hysterectomy at that stage. I refused. I did an implant in the stomach for 6 mths post surgery. I was fortunate and fell pregnant pretty easily. After my first child was born I had abnormal spotting. I knew I wanted another child so when back to my surgeon. I walked in and said "Hey look this is the child you told me I'd never have". I had a 2nd lapraoscopy to remove build up and it took about 5mths (3mths of active trying) to fall pregnant. My third pregnancy was very much a surprise. We did the deed on the last day of my period. 8 months later our third child was born.
