I have PCOS and at the moment think I am also suffering from PND. The only thing is I seem to feel worse after eating certain foods, like chocolate and coffee, or anything that contains caffeine or exhuberent amounts of sugar. (Except my daily cup of tea).

I know that PCOS sufferers should stay away from these types of foods (which is sooo hard), which makes me ask:

Does anyone know if certain foods can bring on depression symptoms in PCOS sufferers, or could it just be a conincidence?
