When it comes to PCOS and ovulation everyone is different.
I was having long cycles and not ovulating, or if I did I was producing half cooked eggs (as my gyno put it). A friend of mine was lucky to have her period once a year (also PCOS) where as I know of people who have relatively short cycles and still don't ovulate properly. So it really is hard to say whether or not you are ovulating or not.
I just had a cycle like yours though, and I am pretty sure that I didn't ovulate basically because of the length and because I have been having so many problems up until now. You really need to talk to your Dr/Gyno and see if they can do some tests to see if you are ovulating and possibly talk about your options on how to kickstart your ovaries if there is a problem. My dr prescribed me metformin in hopes that it might get things moving again but sadly I think its helped in some areas (weight/energy and other PCOS symptoms) but my Dr is pretty sure that it hasn't affected my cycles in any way. Which means that clomid is my next option.
