    The pill should actually be stopping you from ovulating, that's the whole point of the pill (well meant to be) - having a period doesn't mean you are ovulating.

    You will definitely need to go off the pill to get pregnant. We tried for 4 months on our own - during this time I was taking temps, graphing and doing tests to see when I was ovulating. I found I was only ovulating every second month, so my Gyno put me on Clomid - Clomid helps you ovulate. On the 2nd month I got pregnant
    That's great Connie_Melb. How many mg's of Clomid were you on when you got your BFP?

    I believe it was 50mg... so the lowest dose.
