I don't think i can do it anymore..

So it's been fun and all but seriously i want it all to go away

I sat at home all day and nothing, i felt fine! more than fine i did the washing and did the dishes i actually danced around my house to my pink album. Then DP gets home and he wants to walk to the shops, i get dressed and the second i leave the house i get this rotten pain in my lower abdomen worse than period pain. Every step was excruciating

And typical i come home from the shops i sit down and the pain has gone away And DP has been so patient with me i was such a crank the whole way down the shops i ended up yelling at him and he just stopped and hugged me.

Ah, honey. I know that feeling too well.
Every time I get dressed to leave the house...bang! the pains start and I feel as if I am about to die.
Try not to give up hope and courage though. You are very lucky to have such a caring person in your life. Hugs x

    Hi,
I am not going through what you are, but I wanted to let you know that it sounds like you have an amazing partner that loves you no matter what. Life can be tough and seem unfair at times but try not to let it get you down.

Sounds like your DP is very understanding. Is there anything you can have for the pain that can help while your out??

He has been so great with all of this. And i had nurofen plus which normally works great but it didnt work at all for me

I will have to mention it to my doctor and see if there is anything he suggests..

this is going to sound weird...does it ease the pain putting heat packs on the area?? Maybe try one of those heat patches. I use them on bad days...don't know if it acually does anything or i've blocked the pain and told myself it helps cause the pain gets bad again when i get home.

What i have found has worked is lying flat on my back and rubbing on the area. My partner sometimes rubs it too and i say that he has healing powers because it usually eases off. I'm just glad that i am not working at the moment because other wise i would have had so many sick days. But eventually i am going to have to work and i can't be in pain at all. It just really bums me out

    Hi
I have constant pain these days. It seems if I try and do some things like the washing, it seems to not worry me but as soon as I am picking up toys bening and lifting I am in agony. So somethings don't worry the pain but others trigger it or make it worse. I can't go for a drive in my DH 4WD as the ride is too rough/shaky and I am in really bad pain just for going for a drive.

I really know how you feel.
    Take care
    Chris
