Possibly implantation bleeding? I have PCOS as well, and I have that brownish blood fairly often - TBH I've never been able to find a reason for it, despite making sure everythings clean and I'm eating the right things etc. I think it may just be a PCOS thing, but doing a HPT wouldn't hurt, if only to put your mind at ease
I guess it depends on how rough or gentle you have been as well.
Are you keeping a diary of dates? Maybe just jot down the times it has happened to see if it was just a once off thing or something that happens more often.
This sounds very familiar to me - I used to suffer from Endo & PCOS and I recall having abnormal brownish coloured cervical mucous (sorry to be so graphic!) on quite a regular basis. However this would occur at any time - not just after intercourse.
If it is only occuring after orgasm/intercourse, then I would probably be wanting to check if it is related at all to your cervix - as this becomes 'activated' if you like, at this time. Have you had a pap smear recently?
I could go on forever about how I conquered by Endo & PCOS, but essentially it was through a good Naturopath and Natural Medicine. This involved taking various herbs, supplements such as probiotics, and dietary changes such as eliminating dairy, wheat, red meat, sugar, and white grains (white rice, pasta, bread etc) in favour of wholegrain wheat-free varieties. I also took various natural substances to chelate heavy metals from my body which trigger hormonal imbalances that can lead to endo & PCOS developing.
If I were you I would contact ANTA (Australian Natural Therapists Association) and find out if there is a Naturopath in your area that they can recommend - one who is experienced with reproductive health issues and fertility.
In the meantime, go and get yourself some probiotics from your nearest health food store (you will find them in the fridge- & they need to be kept in the fridge). If you have been on the contraceptive pill this is particularly important to restore your beneficial bacteria which the pill effectively depletes.
You may also wish to google alkaline diet - and the importance of the acid-alkaline balance (ph) in the body. Endo & PCOS needs an acidic environment to thrive, and an alkaline environment will literally kill it off. This can take some time though, depending on the severity of your condition.
