Cant really tell you whats going on with you hopefully doc s sort it out soon for you. i just wanted to say i've been through similar thing and my advice do the laparoscopy i had one about 9 months ago because of being in lots pain and terrible periods was great to finally have a answer i think that when you are in so much pain and you dont have a reason why it makes it makes it harder to deal with and is so emotionally draining!
So sorry for your losses its the most awful thing to loose a baby.
My advise book in the laparoscopy and get your answer
