I'm another PCOS girl and whilst TTC also discovered I am insulin resistant. It took us nearly 3 years to conceive, and I am 5wks pregnant now after taking metformin & clomid. My FS held off on prescribing me Clomid until this year, because I had to get my diabetes under control first.

There is also an organisation called POSAA - Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome Association of Australia which has a website containing lots of information for PCOS sufferers.
