I'm another with PCOS! While not saying anything against specialists (they're awesome and they have their place), after 4 clomid cycles (failures), I went to a nautropath as I had a cyst too big to do IUI, so thought "get my body right before the next cycle". I got pregnant naturally - since then I've been pregnant 3 cycles out of 4 with the naturopath! It's definitely not the end of the world having a diagnosis, I feel quite empowered actually.

So you can have a family - my specialist said an awesome thing actually "you WILL get pregnant, don't worry about it". I will always be thankful for him for that.

I agree with Black Rose, chart your cycle, my naturopath put me on to fertility friend and I learned so much (even as a registered nurse) about my body, it was awesome. Good luck for your journey here, there are some wonderful women and men to support you through every stage of the journey!
