Hey Sam,

I would say to give surgery a shot first. Even if it doesn't help with your tubes, getting rid of the endo will increase the chances of success with IVF. (For some reason, when there is endo around, the embryos don't implant as well as when it is gone).

Do what you feel comfortable with. If you don't want to do IVF yet, don't do it yet. Any good FS should respect that and work with you.
