I also have PCOS and was put on clomid to make me ovulate.I have never been on metformin but was under the impression that if you take it to conceive then you need to keep taking it while pregnant as well, but someone else may have more accurate info.I also have never had a m/c.

My cycles were completely haywire as well, before I went on clomid I hadn't had a period in 3 months!I fell pregnant on my second cycle of clomid 50mg, so there is hope out there.
