Yep, these companies have the same policies regardless of where they are located. Sell Sell Sell!!!. Nestle supply many mothers in many countries (3rd world or in the above mentioned instance, to mothers in "crisis" care or what ever one would call it) then once they no longer make milk of there own, the free supply in no longer free & they have to pay for it. Often families can't afford to buy the formula so it isn't made up to the recomended ratio or its combined with normal powdered milk. So combine that with the fact that the water is very unlikely to be clean, equipment will not be properly disinfected etc, these families are set up to fail there baby's.
