    Fair Trade Coffee

    Hi,
For the last few months I've been trying out some fair trade coffees for my Espresso Machine. Most of the ones I have tried though, have not been all that good. They've been ground quite coarsely (like for a plunger), produced no crema and were a little on the acidic side.
So, does anyone have any good recommendations on a coffee that is fair trade, preferable organic tastes nice and works well in espresso machines?

Try Republica. You can buy it in woolworths/Safeway and can get it ground or whole beans if you have a grinder. We buy this coffee for our espresso machine and it's really good. Otherwise, coffee alchemy in Sydney is amazing! I'm pretty sure you can order online with them and they will grind your beans however you want them Coffee addict here
