Hi Lisa
I was going to post that I droppedmy pumps to 8 hours overnight & it didn't affect my supply too much, then I went back & found this post:

So, we have hit 7 months
...
I am wondering, for those of you who went past 7 - 8 months, at what point did you drop pumps... how many were you doing at around 7 - 8 months? I know the obvious answer would be to be guided by her feeds, but she is still very irregular. I estimate she would be having 4 - 5 bottles a day, anywhere from 100 - 200ml at a time.
I would love to drop another one but worry about my supply.

I have dropped the overnight pumps, which has dropped my supply quite a bit... I was lucky that I had quite an oversupply. I go 8 hours overnight now & express around 600ml first thing in the morning, but after that it decreases steadily throughout the day. I am expressing 4 hourly through the day, so 5 pumps in total, the last one around 10pm...it takes me about 30 - 40 minutes to empty my bbs so I get to bed around 11... a bit late for me but better than getting up overnight.
AR is still waking for feeds overnight though and up around 5-6am - I am worried that if my supply drops further, I won't have enough to last her overnight...
...
Lol, so I guess my memory is a little fuzzy... actually what I think is that it did drop a bit, and I was worried about it but in the end it didn't matter at all. It ended up evening out a bit more, and I had a good supply to start with.

Maybe you could stretch it out to 6 hours for now & see how it goes over the next couple of weeks?
