... We all have our own choices and abusing your own child that much is never excusable, and certainly not by blaming the other child for it!
Mayaness, I found out ... I wasn't ready, it opened a huge can of worms: but I'm happier now than I ever have been and it has been by learning that everything bad in the world is not my fault, that my mother really did do bad stuff and I'm not oversensitive. I would share, but be aware of the fallout it can cause.
Interesting viewpoint, Astrid - I have often wondered about the relationship my mother has with her little brother. By propping each other up and not wanting the other to "out" them... it makes sense. Thanks for sharing.
