I agree Kitt3n... ABC and SBS stations are all you really need for good quality TV... just my opinion too though. With all the new TV stations about to become available I think that it will mean that I will limit myself even more... that's what I do when I have too much choice: make self imposed limitations... have a bad case of "choice fatigue" here.

Also when I was a child my parents swayed us strongly in the ABC's direction... and I think I have been strongly influenced by that as an adult.... I would like to think that my kids grow up to appreciate the ABC's quality compared to the majority of the commercial stations programming (what there is of it squeezed in between the ads). Once again, just my opinion I realise there are lots of people who simply prefer commercial TV of course that's their choice.
