I do bathtime and bedtime, but Dh organizes every meal. He actually shops and cooks for the week on Sunday and we freeze portions.

My Dh is very creative in the kitchen (and talented) so he enjoys it more too because there's less pressure for him to get home in time to cook.

I find it easier to get kids into bath and bed without Dh around because dd acts up a bit for him (they have their own unique way of getting into pjs that involves chasing etc which hypes dd up before bed!)
