Do you have any rituals? We say: EEDA DUCKIMUS - it is Japanese (obviously I have spelt it as it ispronounced) for "bless this food" or "thankyoufor this food"...

We also each say one thing we are grateful for in that day... I find it a great way of getting the kids to talk about the wonderful things in life rather than... Finn kicked me... !
