No different from 2 for us. And we have 3 very little children. I still have to do everything I did for 2 kids, its just slightly more involved (or messy lol). It can be a bit of a logistical nightmare going out on my own with the 3 but I think thats because of their young ages (they are all under 4.5) but still, its doable.

It musnt be as bad as sometimes Dh and I like to make out because we're trying for #4
