Well... all seems ok now. I ended up royally doing my block and Dh came home quite sheepish (you know, that awkwardness when you know you're in the poo and you're embarrased by it?) that night and agreed with everything I said. He said he won't do it again, that it was mostly a curiousity thing but agreed that a line had been crossed. He's also deleted tapatalk off his phone, I noticed - (which is what he was accessing the forum thru) so heres hoping he's learnt his lesson.
Boys... sometimes they just don't think with the right head ><;
