Mum and I talk on the phone maybe 2-3 times a week but generally text daily. My parents live interstate but they joined the "grey nomads" several years ago and are often in Bris over the cooler months. And even then they fly up to see us for Xmas or other special occasions. In fact they arrive in their caravan on Saturday, just in time for mothers' day
